The Centre has three spaces that can be used for meetings or other events.

The Lecture room can accommodate seating for about 30 people or the space used for activities. By special arrangement, a screen can be placed in the room. It has disabled access and access to toilets, including a disabled toilet.

The Common room has chairs and tables that allow for a meeting of 15-20 people. It and the Lecture room adjoin the kitchen which, by arrangement, can be used for refreshments. There is good disabled access and access to toilets and a disabled toilet. The screen can also be available by arrangement.

The Museum has a workroom on the upper floor, so it does not have disabled access. It is in the museum building, so arrangements have to be made in advanced if access to toilets and kitchen is needed. The room has tables and chairs for up to 10 people.

These spaces can be available for any groups looking for meeting space or space for small events. Arrangements and charges for these will depend on what space, facilities and access are needed. Unlike Group Visits, the Trust does not expect to provide a programme or volunteer guides for these uses.

Please contact the secretary or treasurer if you are interested in booking these spaces.
